Returns Policy
How cancellations, returns and personalised product exceptions are handled.
Cancellation and Returns
Customers may cancel eligible orders under applicable distance selling rules. If goods have already been delivered, they must be kept in reasonable condition and returned as soon as possible after cancellation.
Return costs are normally the customer's responsibility unless goods were supplied in error, damaged, or defective. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed after cancellation is confirmed and returned goods are received where applicable.
Personalised Products
Custom printed, personalised, made-to-order, or otherwise bespoke products are normally excluded from cancellation once production has started, unless they are faulty or not supplied as agreed.
