Many of our clients choose to hire our reusable festival cups for their events or venues. We provide specialised stations exclusively dedicated to our reusable cup service. These stations handle everything from cup rental and cleaning to drying and packaging, ensuring a seamless supply of reusable festival cups for your big event.

Hire Reusable Event Cups
Hire from huge stocks or get custom-printed branded cups. Choose cups we printed or custom print your own reusable plastic cups that we service for you, including washing, drying, and storage between use. Dishwasher safe, shatterproof, and ideal for replacing glassware.
Low Rental Rates
Cup-free storage between uses with affordable hire, washing, and drying rates. Free transport for orders of 10,000+ to and from our washing stations. Machines use 30% less energy than traditional washers. For smaller quantities, transport is £60 delivery pre-event and £60 collection post-event per pallet.
Quick Delivery & Clean Up
Lead time is 3–5 working days for generic printed cups. Custom printed cups take longer, so contact us at hello@branded-cups.com. We also offer cup bins to save time packing away and ensure smooth collection at the end of the show.
Hassle Free & Reliable Service
Full updates with dedicated drivers. Deliveries are planned on pre-agreed dates and times, with a dedicated account manager. Cups are collected and serviced so you do not need to wash them on site.
Rental Cup Bins
Mobile bin systems with drip trays for clean collection. Hire for £45 per event or purchase for £240 to save double handling at your site. Contact us at hello@branded-cups.com.
Commitment to Sustainability
Our cups are free of BPA and fully recyclable. Every cup in our hired inventory undergoes a minimum of 200 reuse cycles before being responsibly recycled, to ensure they do not end up in landfills.
